in a lot of pain: nothing broken, but cervical and lumbar strain, as well as significant soft-tissue damage to the knees. This is the first day I have been
able to get back to work - she was unable to walk or even get out of bed without help for 3 days. I am thankful for the opportunity to serve her, but would

			<description><![CDATA[ My doctor told me to just get the regular flu shot this year and not to worry about getting the H1N1 shot.  Do you think that is good advice?

I think that I&#39;ll personally take his advice, but what about my kids?  I&#39;m reading articles that say that people over 50 don&#39;t need to worry about
it since it has been included in shots since the 1970&#39;s. The article also says that kids are especially vulnerable. It also states that the vaccine is

			<description><![CDATA[ I had a formal review of my progress after almost six months of treatment on this experimental trial. The results show that the deterioration has stopped and
there have even been some improvements with certain aspects of my mobility. This is really good news. There are no wonderful improvements but to stop things
getting worse is great news and any improvements are welcome.
