I'm really enjoying this "old school" prog album with contributions from Dave Meros, Nick d'Virgilio, John Mitchell, Andy Edwards, John

clearly a very talented writer and player.

I just bought the new Megadeth CD yesterday. It's pretty good musically, but their worst ever in the
lyrical/vocal department. I mean, a REAL stink bomb! So, I have a question: Can anyone recommend a good vocal remover
software (preferably free, so as not to waste any more money on this album)? Seriously! It would be a decent listen without the vocals...

Has anybody checked out Sieges Even? They are a German progressive rock band. Heavy Rush influence but some heavier elements and vocal harmonies as well. Check
out "Paramount" and "The Art of Navigating by the Stars". I got Paramount recently, and it kind of sealed the deal for me. It also has some
heavy Christian themes if you're into that sort of thing. I think they're already defunct but that doesn't make the music any less interesting.

Phideaux's new album Number Seven recently out. Sounds more like like Doomsday Afternoon than his earlier offerings. I really like Valerie Gracious's
backing vocals. She has a lovely tone to her voice. I find the drumming fine, but rather pedestrian, but Rich Hutchins is an old friend of Phideaux Xavier so I
see why he always features. The lyrics are fun, but I haven't a clue what they all mean, though one track goes back to the environmental theme of the last

played in front of such a large crowd (about 1500) at the o2 Academy, and they rose to the occasion. Andy Edwards on drums was having a blast, a real china

to Spotify/Groovester etc to listen to it.
